mobinfo can

it's been updated (mobinfo -2), and actually saves a personal library of all the mobs/players you've fought

Archaeologist does, amongst many others. Not sure if there are other dependencies for it, but I used it for a good while. Of course, I now have everything Discord there is, so I have no need.

MobInfo estimates actual health values. I assume Praetor knows, but I did not realize it would show percentages.

you can get percentages from any addon, even default

the main thing about mobinfo-2 is that it keeps track of npc DPS, number of kills, exp per kill, gold per kill, average value of drops.... etc
