Congrats to Bigguy and Gulley on your boots, you darn, spoiled hunters... Oh, and congrats to Beren on the Lifegiving Gem - that should make staying alive a little easier in some of these encounters.

Does that gem stack with last stand? Cause if it does you could easily get well over 10,000hp  :o  :o

It was a good run, too bad about the double drop.

It's not that we begrudge the hunters their phat lewt, but when there are half as many hunters as a few of the other classes, we tend to look at each Hunter (or Warlock for that matter) as a 'strike'. Three 'strikes' and you're sharding :P It hurts to get two strikes on one kill :cry2:

Ah well, the important thing is we dropped his hefty butt and we'll do again. I just pray we master that stupid room & his fight quickly so we can minimize the amount of time we spend there!

Not even half as many hunters as most - we only had Gulley and me when to the drop occurred. I think Ghlann will make a point of being there next time - he thought Druina was BSing him when she said what dropped!!

Double drops are certainly rare enough that I'd doubt it. I still wonder if it isn't a bug. It seems silly!

Of course, it's worse when you get no set items. Or, worse, nothing at all. Did we ever hear back from a GM on that empty Mag kill?

Yes - Beren and Daelos were both referred to a site that tells what to do to avoid that in the future. The usual 'do as little as possible' code by which Blizzard works...

I'm 99% sure that it does stack :) I saw screenshots of BWL Warriors with 10000+ HP.

GJ on Vael and Broodlord guys, Firemaw shouldnt be hard since its a "classic" encounter.

Both Kalark and I were using Flasks of Titans; I believe that my HP would have been over 10,000 if I used the gem at that time without Last Stand. Unfortunately Last Stand requires 11 talent points to be invested in Protection...
