Here's my UI outside of a raid. I'll take a screenshot of my updated raid UI when I get a chance, though there's not much of a change in terms of looks.

It is a constantly changing interface, right now I need some raid frames.

Sorry about the bad quality melding of addon list and pic, but I didn't have much to work with, mainly paint.

Nothing to see here, move along.

I just use the standard bars, nothing fancy. I remember back in the olden days when every patch would disable my ui and I would be unable play after a patch while waiting for updated uis.

I have not updated any addons since the last big patch and I am enjoying not having errors all the time and I seem to be not be lagging or disconnecting as often. :)

Yeah, I use the default blizzard UI with no addons. With the enemy cast bar they added a little while ago, target's target, and scrolling combat text, it's gotten to the point where I don't really need anything else.

And yes, I click half of my buttons and use the number keys for the rest :P I have my buttons set up in such a way that it's easy to get to everything even with clicking, so I don't need key bindings.

That's actually a custom layout using an updated (unofficial) version of Discord Unit Frames. I'd volunteer to give you my layout, but I would imagine it'd take a fair amount of editing to get it right for your resolution and UI scale. On top of that, it doesn't support some things present in most newer unit frames; I just use it because I am so used to the layout (which, to be fair, I am changing slightly on a weekly basis).

Yeah, the discord mods were/are some of the most complicated addons out there, but they offer(ed) the most freedom as well. The author is supposedly updating them for BC, but that's been the story since December, and no luck so far...

Here's my UI. I haven't been happy with my 25man raid frame layout yet but I'll put up a shot of that when I come up with something I like.

The theme of my layouts are always "no clicking!"
My bars are laid out as my keyboard key bindings, with my movement/strafe keys as ESDF instead of WASD.
My mouse is almost always locked in mouselook mode.

Postby Shecast » Fri Feb 08, 2008 12:10 am

This is my UI. I really like blizzards casting bar for some reason, i cant find one i can adapt too( im a harcore click caster)
Any suggestions would be nice, id like to clean it up a bit. A few things i dont want to lose are. The location of my target focus and target of target frames.
Map location. Omen/Recount/DBM bars(which ar located directly below Omen).
