The HUD has been changed by Tivoli, though still considered a beta mod. If you would like to try the new HUD, which is very different than the one I originally posted...please first make a backup of the old HUD (in case you don't like the new one) and then use the new addon that is found at:

If you've seen me post screenshots and were curious what the health/mana bars around my character were, it is this mod. It is a beta, so there are still some bugs.

There is a bunch of information on it in this thread, but I'm going to go ahead and just zip up my copy to save you all some work. There are different versions of the HUD in that thread, if you prefer the others, please feel free to go through it and get what you want.
This is the original HUD that Tivoli made, including the HP/Mana mods that were introduced by Iodine, also found in the same thread.
Extract this to your /World Of Warcraft/Interface/AddOns/ directory.
