After some quick math, I realized that I can proc around 2800 AP with my trinkets (+Unleashed Rage). Since wolves scale with AP, especially with my glyph, I figure that it might be worth it to sometimes wait a few seconds fora trinket proc if it is off CD or coming off CD soon. Does anyone know of an addon that moniters internal trinket cooldown and/or that alerts you when you gain certain buffs?

Also, 10128 AP with trinkets, Berserkings, and raid buffs is fun!

I don't know if I can make it display cooldowns outside of the paper doll frame. Also, I don't think it will tell me when the trinkets proc. The ideal addon for the internal CDs would show button sized icons or timers for the trinkets on my screen. The ideal addon for proc notification would either display something in the middle of my screen or make something button sized light up or something.

Many addons can do this but it would take some customization.

Displays your active buffs, just add berzerking and random trinket buffs in the ‘extras’ menu.

This is what I use, I’ve made a custom frame that displays what buffs and procs I care about. It takes a lot of customization to do this, but it supports button facade so it looks sexy.

I wouldn’t get to caught up with the wolves, I often find myself cursing at myself when waiting too long for random procs then heroism gets popped
